GAR Annual Conference " Expo 2026
The Georgia Association of REALTORS® Annual Conference Expo will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana from August 31 to September 4, 2026. Over 800 Georgia REALTORS® attended the 2025 event in Charlotte, and the 2026 program will feature a mix of education sessions, industry updates, and networking opportunities. Key exhibits include advanced 1031‑Exchange strategies presented by Marty Rueter, policy briefings by Melody McLane, a 2025 Economic Update from Dr. Jessica Lautz, and an MLS Forum covering recent changes to the CCP and delayed marketing. A recorded NAR presentation on delayed marketing will be available via Zoom, with accompanying handouts and FAQs. Additional resources include an infographic on multiple‑listing options for sellers and a PDF on off‑MLS listing solutions. The conference also offers access to REALTOR®‑focused webinars, leadership training, and scholarship information, providing a comprehensive platform for professional development and industry insight.
