Hoteres Japan 2027
HCJ2027, held at Tokyo Big Sight (East Halls 1‑6) from 16‑19 March 2027, is Japan’s largest business exhibition for the service and food sectors. It combines three shows – HOTERES JAPAN, CATEREX JAPAN and JAPAN SERVICE EQUIPMENT SHOW – featuring about 850 exhibitors across 2,300 booths and targeting roughly 65,000 visitors. Main exhibit categories include kitchen and catering equipment, bakery and dessert supplies, professional food and beverage products, sanitation, tableware, AI, digital transformation, robotics, pet tourism, interior and guest‑room facilities, outdoor and wellness equipment, and eco‑friendly solutions. The event offers seminars, business‑matching sessions, and demo zones such as AI/robotics labs and live cooking stations with famous chefs. It aims to address industry challenges like labor shortages and low profitability by showcasing productivity‑boosting technologies and high‑value services.
